These promotional terms and conditions (“hereinafter referred to as the Promotional Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Great anticipation / Brochure campaign, hereinafter referred to as the: “Promotion”, organized by Efteling B.V., with its registered office at Kaatsheuvel, Europalaan 1, hereinafter referred to as: “Efteling”.

General provisions

• The Promotion runs from 9 July 2018 to 31 December 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period");
• Participation in the Promotion is free of charge. To participate in the Promotion and to be eligible for a prize you must enter a valid email address and valid personal data (at least: first name, surname, date of birth, gender and postcode);
• To participate in the Promotion and to be eligible for a prize, participants must be 18 years or older;
• If the participant is a resident of a country where the Promotion is prohibited by law or where there are legal restrictions regarding organizing or participating in the Promotion, the participant should refrain from participating in the Promotion and/or Efteling will exclude these participants from participating in the Promotion. 
• All participants will receive an email with a free personal video.
• Every month there is a chance to win 1 Efteling Gift card worth €50. The Gift card can be spent anywhere in the World of Efteling where there is a cash machine (cannot be spent online);
• First prizes can be claimed up to 3 months after participation. Prize winners will receive an instructional email after participation. If Efteling has received no response within 3 months, prizes can no longer be claimed;
• The winners are selected in an impartial manner using a random computer selection. There will be no correspondence regarding winners;
• Efteling will take care of withholding and declaring any tax on games of chance due;
• The winners will be informed by email immediately after participation. The prizes will be presented no later than 6 months after the end of the Promotion Period;

Liability

• Efteling is not liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind whatsoever caused by participation in the Promotion and/or the use of the Promotion Website. The organization is not liable for software from third parties such as software drivers and browser plug-ins;
• Efteling is not liable for network, hardware or software failures resulting in limitation, delay or loss of data;
• Efteling is not liable for any loss of results of the participant and/or incorrect or incomplete data provided by a participant.

Privacy Statement

• The data Efteling receives in connection with the participation in this Promotion will be included in the Efteling database and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act.
• The data of the participants will be used exclusively to execute the Promotion and - provided that permission has been given - to send promotional emails. Participants may opt out of these emails via a link at the bottom of the email or through the site;
• Google Analytics carries out measurements throughout the Promotion for statistical analyses.

Miscellaneous

• Efteling reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without giving reasons and/or to change the communicated rules, prizes, Promotion Period and terms and conditions;
• Efteling employees and their relatives are excluded from participation;
• No rights can be derived from these terms and conditions;
• By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares to accept the above terms and conditions;
• These Promotional Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law;
• These Promotional Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. Our general terms and conditions and privacy policy shall apply to this Promotion, available at www.efteling.com.
