What will the check-in and check-out times be?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Yes, there will be a dedicated space for luggage storage on arrival and departure day.

Are there suites with separate rooms that can be closed off?

Suites have a separate bedroom that can be closed off with a door except for the 3 person suites.

Is there a minibar available? If so, what does it include, and can it be customized?

Every room includes a minibar/small fridge with a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. The 6 person Tower Suite and Excellence Tower Suite feature a stocked minibar. Additionally, minibar packages will be available for booking at a later time, with more details to be announced soon.

Besides baby cribs, can other baby items be booked, such as a baby carrier or stroller?

These types of baby supplies will be available. Exact details will be announced later.

Are there rooms with a bathtub?

All Suites, except for the Junior Suites, include a bathtub.

At what age are the restaurants considered suitable?

Brasserie 7 is suitable for all ages, while Restaurant-Bar Mystique has a recommended age of 9 and above.

Are vegan, gluten-free, halal, and other dietary options available?

All dietary needs will be accommodated. Specific options will be confirmed once the restaurant menus are finalized.

Can guests make a dinner reservation yet?

Yes, when booking a room or suite, you can also reserve a dinner immediately.

What will the restaurant prices be?

Is it possible to have breakfast in the room?
