Check-in with the digital key

You will receive an e-mail 8 days before arrival to activate your digital key. This digital key is linked to the free Efteling app. On arrival, you can use the digital key on your phone to:

• open the barriers at the Efteling Wonder Hotel car park
• open the luggage room
• enter your hotel room (from 3:00 p.m. onwards*). You do not need to check in or out at the reception.
• enter the Badhuys indoor swimming pool (and open the barriers at the Holiday Village Efteling Bosrijk car park)

 In addition to the digital key, the Efteling app also contains your entrance tickets for Efteling Theme Park.

* Earlier access to your hotel room is possible after consultation. The costs for this are € 10.00 per hour. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

You didn't receive an e-mail or you prefer to use a key card?

Then you can also check in at the reception. The reception of the Efteling Wonder Hotel is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. A night service is available outside opening hours.

Check-out

You must leave your hotel room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. You do not need to check out at the reception. You can still make use of all the facilities and Efteling Park throughout the day. You can use the digital key to put your luggage in the luggage room. Lockers are available in this area for valuables.

Unlimited access

As a guest of Efteling Wonder Hotel, you have access to the Efteling Park on all days of your stay (including arrival and departure days). Booking a visit is not necessary.

Entrance & parking at the Theme Park

You can find the entrance tickets for the theme park 8 days before arrival in the Efteling app. Would you rather print them? You can also download them from your Efteling account 8 days before arrival.

Half an hour earlier access

As an Efteling Wonder Hotel guest, you have access to Efteling Park half an hour earlier. A number of attractions will already be open especially for you

• View all earlier opening attractions
• View regular opening hours of Efteling Park

You can enter the park via a special entrance upon showing your Efteling tickets. Follow the signs or navigate to this special entrance using the Efteling app. The theme park is only a 5-minute walk from the Efteling Wonder Hotel!

Parking
As a guest of the Efteling Wonder Hotel, you can park free of charge in the hotel car park using your digital key. You may use the car park on all days of your stay. Special parking spaces are available for disabled guests. Charging stations are available at a fee for electric cars. You must bring your own charging cable.

Public transport

Efteling Wonder Hotel can easily be reached by public transport from anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium. Find out which train or bus connection you need and plan your trip!

You can register for the free Shuttle Service to be taken from the Efteling bus stop to the reception. Please note: a minimum of three days advance booking is required.

Reception

Are you using your digital key? If so, you don't have to go to reception to check in. Do you have a question or want to make a reservation? You can then go to the reception in the lobby. The reception is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.30 pm. You can go to the reception for:

• Wheelchair rental
• Extra baby's bed (at an additional cost)
• Use of small lockers for valuable items

The Efteling Wonder Hotel is inspired by the wondrous stories of Efteling. Every space is designed to extend your visit to the World of Wonders. The ground floor is the departure station of this floating castle, the starting point of your journey of discovery. Upstairs, the rooms and suites are inspired by dreams and the night. Badhuys indoor splash pool

The Badhuys is an indoor water play area with a paddling pool, a pool for toddlers, a 130 cm deep pool and various play items. Come and have fun in the hot water, let yourself be carried away by the currents or relax in the bubble baths. Your digital key gives access to the swimming pool and the barriers of the car park at Bosrijk. More information about the Badhuys >

Make your stay even more special

Choose from the many extras, such as an enchanting Efteling gift or a Mr Sandman package including shampoo, shower gel and a toothbrush set. Do you have something to celebrate? Add some festive extras to your stay. Book the extras in your Efteling account or contact us.

Payment

It is possible to pay the full amount for overnight stays in the Efteling Wonder Hotel in one go or to pay a deposit. The down payment consists of 30% of the total price and can be made up to six weeks in advance. You must have paid the entire amount six weeks before the check-in date. You can pay the remaining amount via your Efteling account.

Cancellation

Of course, it is possible to cancel your booking. However, please be aware, that if you do, you may be charged a cancellation fee. You can read more about cancellations in our terms and conditions.

The Efteling Wonder Hotel has two rooms for guests with disabilities. A number of parking spaces are reserved for disabled guests and the hotel has two lifts. In addition, you can rent a wheelchair at the reception.

Do you have an auditory impairment? Then you can borrow a special alarm clock with a vibrating disk and flashes at the reception.
